This information will help you improve your dialogue with clients, make informed decisions, and increase your participation in the green measurement process.

Measuring the Benefits of your Green Initiatives: Why understanding our impacts go beyond offsetting.

Reduction, diversion and alternatives will be explored in this interactive session about what are our impacts in meetings, how do we identify our event environmental footprint and what solutions planners and suppliers can apply based on a solid framework.

By attending this session, participants will be able to:
• Define reduction strategies specific to meeting event metrics and how to communicate benefits to stakeholders.
• Discover simple ways to calculate event waste into reportable benchmarking data.
• Discuss alternatives to reducing an event’s environmental footprint that goes beyond offsetting.
