The challenge for meeting professionals is to strike the right balance and design the most effective interactions between live and virtual meetings, between large international meetings and concurrent regional gatherings, or among co-located meetings with common or overlapping interests.
By attending this session participants will learn to:
• Recognize proven techniques for encouraging audience interaction and maximizing outcomes in face-to-face meetings
• Explore the benefits and potential challenges of combining live and virtual meetings, or alternating large gatherings with clusters of smaller, regional events
• Consider methods of sharing knowledge, ideas, and action strategies across meetings that take place in parallel, or over a longer period of time.
