The Colorado Chapter of GMIC is proud to announce a Green Dine Around to the 2010 Sustainable Meetings Conference. This dine around is in partnership with Greener Denver Independent Network of Restaurants (DINR).

The Greener DINR Partnership Program is a joint effort spearheaded by members of DINR, and sponsored and supported by the Denver Office of Economic Development’s Greener Denver Business Program, the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 (EPA) and several state and local agencies and organizations. The Program is designed to assist restaurants in improving the sustainability of their facilities and home communities. Under this partnership, participating restaurants will pledge to be responsible members of their communities through purchasing, environmental and employment practices within their neighborhoods and beyond.

Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, February 10, 2010
Time: 7:00 pm
Menu: Sustainable three-course meal highlighting local products – most menus will be available mid January
Cost: $50/ person (includes: meal; one complimentary glass of house wine, beer or well cocktail; tip and transportation. Additional beverages at the cost of each individual)
